Craig came out on a Sunday to help us to an inspection on a house. We received the inspection report the same night. When I reviewed the report with other family friends who renovated their house in other states, the comments I kept getting was 'wow this is thorough'.If I had any questions or needed a referral on how to correct the things in the inspection, Craig was very responsive. I really appreciate the prompt response because it helped me plan out the next steps on what we needed to fix on the home prior to moving in. The referrals requested were also helpful. We were helping our son find his first house. With a fixer-upper in mind, we found one that had a lot of potential. We hired Craig to do the inspection and make sure we weren't getting in over our head. He provided a thorough and honest report, going through things in detail. At the end of the day, we walked away. The search continues, but thanks to Craig we avoided a big mistake. We'll definitely use him again when we find the right one.
